Breaking through…

Tis been a long time coming, but I made it through.

There is clear pathway now to the building of a lodge, a black earth lodge… which needs some explaining… later.

When we stay with something, even when it’s hard, or feeling pointless, or not working yet, we don’t know why… sometimes, we get the break through we are waiting for, sometimes… the patience the persistence, prevails!

Tis a blessed feeling! When we can feel movement on something that counts for us, something that matters. I have held this image in my heart, in my body for quite some time now… of where this lodge can be held, how it can look. To have the path clear! WOW… tis a great feeling.

I hope that your world is also feeling the clearing of the path… as we descend into the next dark moon of our current cycle,  I hope that the pathway to your sister circle is clear and open to you… that you know them, have a safe space to meet, that everyone has made the time available, maybe even had an opportunity to have the menfolk and children have some communal space too! Breaking through all that is in our way for good, strong women’s circle… that is why I am here, doing what I am doing…

Sharing Circle

Tis truly an honour to share circle. To sit with, deeply sink in and

experience each other. When there is opportunity, when we give

ourselves permission to spend some time here in the circle, we are enriched.

Soon, only 6 weeks away, we have given ourselves permission to be totally all women for a whole weekend. This is very rare, to allow a fully women’s only experience. The Seven Sisters Festival is incredible. Bringing together women from across our delicious country and some from around the world to share the wonder of being woman. Please join me, and hundreds of women, in the long slow deep descent into all the woman we can be. There are some many moments to be shared, women to be hugged, laughs to be bellied!

Real Magick’s of the Circle

I call you to the circle sister… to BE with one another, deeply, as we can…each cycle is only an opportunity, a moment in time that we can either fully step into… or not. Tis that simple really, we have had the capacity for all this support, both giving and receiving, all this shared wisdom, this collective understanding, from the belly out, but we have yet to truly maintain the circle.

The mechanism for circle is very simple, a lot like how the AA meetings work, tis the shared reality, the being fully seen, as well as acting as witness for our other selves… we are all deeply woven creatures and when we find our self in circle it’s because so many moments have happened to make this particular group of women sit down in circle… tis a miracle of sorts!

To hold ourselves that important, to hold our sisters that important, when so much of our culture has us throw ourselves and our sisterhood away… how many places are invested in our separation? How many different facets of society crumble if we do not pay them constant attention? Our time, energy and attention are our true commodities, what we give any of these to, is the sum of our life. Do we totally sacrifice our internal landscape to the gods of commerce? Or the focus of our lovers lives? Are our children always going to be the only thing worthy of your energy? Is that because putting energy into yourself and your personal pursuits is not so worthy?

The magick of one… and yet, when more join her in the circle… so much more!

I truly love to deliver the StarFire workshop into a circle of women, whether this is its’ first time as a circle, or they have been travelling for many moons. For as women, we support or negate our own menstrual experience as well as each others. When a whole circle takes on this body of work and screams YES to the silver moon, to the life truly loved, all the way through the body, through the month, that is real Magick’s… tis like removing the false floor from beneath you and realizing all along that there is a massive cave system underneath you that can be explored… or not.
